Basic Food (formerly known as Food Stamps) is a USDA program that helps people make ends meet and improve their diet.  The Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) works to improve the health of low-income elderly persons at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA Foods free for senior citizens.

Questions about eligibility?  Ready to apply?  Or renew your Benefits?  Are you a senior citizen with questions about Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)?  Want to apply?  Community Action Center and Neill Public Library will be partnering to provide outreach on these programs every Saturday in June.

Just call Community Action Center at 509-334-9147 or drop in at Neill Public Library during outreach hours.
