The six week class brings together culinary, nutrition, and financial skills with goal setting to help you get a food plan in order. Each class will features recipe testing, discussion, and goal setting activities for you to create change in the long term. Family friendly, free, and community oriented, we will also aim to share a small meal together at the end of each class series. The first class is April 21st at 5:30PM and will continue until 5/26/2020.
