CAC’s primary focus is to provide affordable homes for working individuals and families to purchase. Although this subject to change, to currently qualify for assistance there are no maximum income limits, it doesn’t have to be your 1st home, and you don’t have to live in Washington State at the time of application. Homes are sold on a 1st come – 1st served basis! Submit your pre-application today – to be put on a waiting list – it doesn’t cost anything to apply!
